CEANNE´s telemedicine team is on call 24 hours a day to assist patients with neurology, neurosurgery, cardiology, and psychiatry. We work in more than 40 healthcare units, including hospitals, 24-hour urgent care units (UPAS), and Psychosocial Care Centers (CAPS) in five Brazilian states.

We are pioneers Brazilian telemedicine and have been operating since 2012 following all the legislation of the Federal Council of Medicine and LGPD.

We offer remote care with a medical team specialized in neurology that can coordinate with local doctors to ensure the best possible patient care.

This service is done in real time with specialists available 24 hours a day that evaluate each case and their exams together with local doctors who are on site. In addition, the service has several protocols for every type of situation to always guarantee the expertise that each patient deserves.

This service is currently available in several hospitals and has helped save hundreds of lives. Thorough registration procedures are part of this service that provide all necessary information about a patient’s care to ensure their safety right from the start.
